How much does Mitra cost?
Mitra is usage-based: you spend credits when you build an agent and when that agent runs, starting with 200 free credits and no card. When credits run low, subscribe for a monthly refill — Pro is $5 a month and Max is $20 — or buy a top-up pack that never expires. You only pay for work that actually happens.
What is a Mitra credit?
A credit is Mitra's unit of usage: you spend credits when you build an agent, and again each time that agent runs. You are charged for work actually done, so there are no seats, no minimums and no fee per agent.
What do I get on Mitra's free plan?
Mitra's Free plan gives you 200 credits the moment you sign up, with no card needed. You can run up to 5 agents across 5 connections, for as long as you like, and top up or subscribe whenever you need more.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Mitra's Pro plan is $5 a month for 500 credits, up to 50 agents and 50 connections. Max is $20 a month for 2,000 credits with no limit on either. Both refill monthly; pick Max if you run a lot of work or connect a lot of apps.
Do subscription credits roll over?
No. Mitra's subscription credits refill at the start of each month and do not carry over. Top-up packs are different — those never expire, and they sit on top of your monthly balance.
Can I top up without subscribing?
Yes. You can buy a Mitra top-up pack on any plan, including Free, and those credits never expire. That lets you keep agents running without committing to a monthly subscription.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your Mitra agents pause, and nothing breaks or is lost. Top up or upgrade and they carry on from exactly where they stopped, with their schedules and connections still intact.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, at any time. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Mitra plan from your account — there are no contracts and no penalties. Changes take effect from your next billing month.
