Round up unresolved Figma comments before they go stale
Mitra collects the unresolved comments scattered across your Figma files and posts them to Slack as one checklist every Friday afternoon. The agent groups them by file and by owner, and flags anything older than a week. Each run is recorded step by step.
Every Friday at 3pm, go through the unresolved comments in our Figma files and post a checklist to #design in Slack, grouped by file and by whoever owns the fix, with anything older than a week flagged. Open a Linear issue for the ones that need real work.

What the agent actually does.
Walk the Figma files
The agent opens each file you named and collects every comment still sitting unresolved, with who left it and when.
Group by file and owner
Comments are gathered under the file they live in, then under the person expected to answer them, so nobody has to read the whole list to find their own.
Flag what has gone stale
Anything older than a week is marked, because an unanswered comment from three weeks ago is a different problem from one left yesterday.
Post the checklist to #design
One Slack post, one checkbox per comment, each linking straight back to the thread in Figma.
Open issues for the real work
Comments that mean a change rather than a reply become Linear issues, so they leave the checklist and enter the queue.
Make it yours.
For the design lead whose Figma files carry weeks of comments nobody answered, with no list of them anywhere outside the files themselves. Change any of this by saying so — there is nothing to rewire.
- Move the run to Monday morning, so the week opens with the list instead of closing on it.
- Send each person their own comments as a direct message rather than posting one shared checklist.
- Skip the Linear issues and keep the roundup as a Slack checklist only.
