Find the answers your team keeps typing by hand

Mitra builds an agent that reads the week's Zendesk tickets every Friday, compares the questions your team answered by hand against your Notion help center, and lists what is missing. For each gap the agent drafts the article from the replies you actually sent. A Linear issue tracks the review.

The prompt
Every Friday at 2pm, read this week's Zendesk tickets and find the questions we answered by hand that have no article in our Notion help center. Draft the missing article for each one from the replies we actually sent, and open a Linear issue asking someone to review it.

What the agent actually does.

  1. Reads the week's tickets

The agent pulls every Zendesk conversation from the past seven days, along with the answer your team wrote back.

  2. Checks each question against the docs

For every question asked, the agent searches your Notion help center for an article that already answers it.

  3. Ranks the gaps

Questions with no article behind them are grouped and counted, so something asked eleven times sits above something asked once.

  4. Drafts the missing articles

The agent writes each article from the answers your team already sent, in your own words, and files the drafts in Notion.

  5. Opens the review issue

One Linear issue per draft asks a person to check the wording and publish, so nothing reaches customers unread.

Make it yours.

Support and product teams whose help center was written once at launch and never caught up. If your team retypes the same answer every week and nobody has a spare afternoon to document it, this is the gap the agent closes. Change any of this by saying so — there is nothing to rewire.

  • Group the gaps by product area, so each team gets its own list of missing articles.
  • Skip the drafting and report only the ranked list of undocumented questions each Friday.
  • Write the drafts into Google Docs or Confluence instead, wherever your help center already lives.

Questions, answered.

How do I find out which help articles we are missing?
Mitra compares the questions support answered by hand this week against the articles in your Notion help center, then reports the ones with nothing behind them. Each gap carries a count, so the most-asked question sits at the top. The agent drafts what is missing on the same run.
Can I review the help articles before they go live?
Yes — Mitra leaves every article as a draft in Notion and opens a Linear issue asking a person to review it. The agent writes the first version from the answers your team already sent, so you are editing rather than starting from a blank page. Nothing is published unread.

Hand over the work you keep repeating.

Your first agent is one sentence away.
