How do I turn meeting notes into tasks automatically?

Mitra reads the recap as soon as the notes are written, pulls out every decision and action item, and opens one task per owner in Linear. Each task carries the line it came from, so the assignee has the context without opening the transcript. Mitra posts the same list to Slack.

What if the meeting notes don't say who owns an action item?

Mitra opens the task unassigned and marks it in the Slack post, so the owner gets picked in the open rather than guessed. The agent never invents an assignee. Tell Mitra to give unowned items to the meeting organizer and the agent does that from the next run.
